How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service by emailing info@fourseasonsliverpool.co.uk for more information on returning an item.
You have 3 days upon receipt to inform info@fourseasonsliverpool.co.uk of any damages to the item and 14 days to return an unwanted item.

All unwanted items must be returned in a resaleable condition and in the original boxes. Any of which are not received in this manner will be returned to sender.
It is the responsibility of the sender to pursue claims for damages incurred in transit with the Royal Mail or courier. As items will not be refunded if returned damaged in transit.

For larger items to be returned via courier due to damages- We email a returns slip which will require printing and affixing to the well packaged item. The couriers will only attempt collection once please ensure the item is ready and well packaged, please ensure that someone is available at this address on the agreed date, we only pay for the first collection if this attempt fails due to no response at address the 2nd collection or return cost of item will be incurred by yourself.
